At a time when our nation is demanding racial justice and systemic change, the Tri-Caucus Staff Associations commend the House Democratic Caucus for adopting the Diversity Rule to advance meaningful reform to the hiring culture and practices on Capitol Hill. We stand ready as a resource to the Caucus to provide resumes of qualified candidates from our respective associations, professional development services, and feedback as this rule is put into effect. We look forward to seeing the Diversity Rule implemented swiftly to ensure the robust recruitment, retention, and advancement of staff of color."
