Mentorship Program

Picture
In an effort to promote career advancement, the Congressional Hispanic Staff Association (CHSA) coordinates a mentorship program that matches CHSA members with senior congressional staff and other experienced Washington D.C. professionals from the Hispanic Lobbyists Association (HLA).

Through the program, members will have the opportunity to build professional, one-on-one relationships that can help them advance their careers on Capitol Hill and beyond.

The official program lasts eight months.

If you would like to participate as a mentor or mentee (or both!), please fill this form.

The DEADLINE to sign up is Friday, April 16, 2021.

**You must be a CHSA Member to participate.
