CHSA Executive Board Committees

This committee is responsible for CHSA's Diversity Initiative, which is charged with creating and implementing a revised process for collecting and managing member resumes through a resume bank. This committee is devising a processes and implementation of mechanisms to assist members with resume review.  It also builds relationships between Hill hiring offices and CHSA with the goal of advancing our members.

Committee Professional Development

This committee is responsible for creating a Professional Development curriculum for the advancement of CHSA members.  The committee advises the executive board on the management of the Trailblazers speaker series, development of workshops such as resume writing and interviewing etc, and the creation of a membership mentorship program.  The committee also helps to organize various Networking opportunities, which include social events such as sports teams and social gatherings. All activities conform with Senate and House ethic rules.

This committee is responsible for organizing community service and volunteer opportunities for CHSA members.
