CHSA offers members the opportunity to submit their resumes to the CHSA Resume Bank. After our organization launched its diversity initiative in 2007, we created the first phase of a Resume Bank in 2008 with our colleagues from the Congressional Asian Pacific American Staff Association and the Congressional Black Associates. Now, in 2009, we have moved to second phase of creating a CHSA-specific electronic resume bank that is regularly updated. Please note that for the time being this is a CHSA member-only Resume Bank. This effort is intended to supplement a members search for new employment and should not be perceived as a replacement for a strategic job search.
